I've had two surgical procedures on my fingers with Dr. Norris. He is kind and calm, willing to answer questions, and an excellent surgeon. His office and staff are very available to help with billing questions and very attentive to the concerns of the patient. I would recommend him to anyone that needs his expertise. Fina, his office assistant, is so personable and goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly before and after your surgery. It is clearly one of the best medical offices I've ever encountered. Thank you Dr.Norris for taking care of me and my hands.

All of these great reviews are absolutely true. Dr Norris and Fina are really good hearted people who truly care about helping people in need. Doc was kind and willing to answer and discuss anything and everything including "balloot" , (haha). Fina went above and beyond what any other receptionist would have because she has a kind and caring heart. And they're both super cool people.
