      Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon, Sean Boutros MD, FACS has taken his years of experience and skill to create a new approach to breast surgery: the All Me Augmentation (Cosmetic DIEP Flap Breast Augmentation). Dr. Boutros perfected his DIEP Flap technique for reconstructive patients and now offers a cosmetic option for natural breast augmentation that uses a patient's own tissue to enhance without implants. Through extensive research, he has created the Microfacial Incision Technique to significantly reduce recovery time for All Me Augmentation patients. As a founding member of My Houston Surgeons in Houston and The Woodlands, Dr. Boutros saw a trend in his patient’s desire for fuller breasts without the need for implants.

      image Im so happy another surgeon recommended me to Dr Boutros. He was not only very intelligent but went out of his way multiple times to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. I appreciate him, his work, and his staff, and am very happy with my results on my genioplasty! Couldnt recommend a better surgeon!

      image Breast Impant Removal Surgery: Dr. Boutros is classified as a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for a reason - he is highly trained surgeon and continues to train in his field of speciality to be skilled at what he does. His skill is impeccable and my results have exceeded anything I could have imagined. I had very large implants with daily excessive neck and shoulder strain/pain. They were removed and he somehow "sculpted" my breast tissue into my breast area so I have a bust line. He is a magician of sorts you could say. Family members were the first to go to him and know I know why. Thank you!

      image Got a reduction on January 30th 2024 from a G cup to a D cup. I feel so much lighter and Im truly satisfied. My biggest worry was scarring especially because Im a dark skinned woman but I can truly say I have very minimal scarring. Going through any kind of surgery is scary within itself but Dr. Boutros and his team made me feel completely comfortable about the entire process. I would recommend him to my peers.
