Dr. Brissett and his staff are an exceptional group of medical
professionals. I have been a patient for 18 months and have received prompt, personable service on every occasion. If I arrive early, I am usually provided service Before my appointment time. Staff members Andrea Farrar, Regina Jones and Annie Christenson have been an integral part of my care and are always attentive, patient and highly competent. It is evident that the entire team works well together to provide the very best care for every patient. They are excellent listeners and strive to address your needs and concerns. They make you feel important!
Dr Brissett's reputation as a stellar plastic surgeon is fully warranted and further complimented by his sincere, genuine effort to accomplish your goals. He is kind, caring, compassionate and very dedicated to your unique care and well being. Dr. Brissett is the gold standard for his field combining skill, knowledge, pure talent, patience, and compassion that yield outstanding results and a consistently positive patient experience. The staff members are highly competent, courteous, and supportive to the patient. They are also highly tenured which speaks to the satisfaction in the workplace that is a value added benefit to patients.
Patient Care Coordinator, Andrea Farrar, possesses an exceptional knowledge base and patient friendly demeanor that is integral to the positive patient experience. She is also accessible and responsive. The medical assistants, Regina Jones an Mayra Rocha, are highly skilled and dedicated. In their roles they are the best that I have experienced and round out what is an exceptional staff.

I cannot express my gratitude for Dr. Brissett and his entire team in words. The entire process from the initial consultation to my post operative appointments, everything is done professionally and with genuine care. Andrea, Rachel, Regina, Dr. Brissett, and the entire team are all so good at what they do. Choosing Dr. Brissett for my ethnic rhinoplasty was the best decision I've ever made, and I mean that! Despite having what is considered an ethnic nose with super thick skin, I am amazed at my results! I've wanted a rhinoplasty since I was 10 years old, and at 20 I came to Dr. Brissett and finally got what I always wanted. A cute, straight, structured nose, that is fully functional and I can actually breathe better now after surgery! I'm 6 months post-op and I am so blessed and beyond satisfied with my results.
A quick story to show how genuinely amazing Dr. Brissett is: My first night home after surgery, my nose and face started hurting like CRAZY, and I was feeling all the pain from the surgery despite taking my prescribed pain medication. I came to realize that the pain medication was not working with my body, and I was in tears from all the pain I was feeling. (WHICH IS A HUGE NO NO because it was making it hurt even more) It was 10:30 at night, but I still called the office, and because the office is connected to the hospital, the hospital staff contacted Dr. Brissett, and within 5 minutes, Dr. Brissett FACETIMED me, and called in the nearest pharmacy so I could get different pain meds! At the time, because of the pandemic, the latest pharmacy was open until 11 pm, and because of my awesome surgeon and his genuine care for his patients, I was able to get my pain meds within minutes, and the pain totally went away. Recovery was so smooth. It was completely painless, and all my post-op appointments so far have been so amazing, because the entire staff has become like family to me. These are genuine, warm people who are passionate about helping others feel confident , and if you're looking for a surgeon who is a master at his craft, and also has a heart of gold, Dr Brissett is your guy! 11/10 recommend

I paid $175 for a consult to correct what I considered minor jowling and marionette lines with fat transfer or cheek implants. I was told when I made the appointment that this physician performed both procedures. When I arrived for the appointment, his coordinator took pictures of me before seeing the physician. Why? It didn't make any sense since I hadn't agreed to any procedure. How would his staff know what pictures to take unless they felt confident that I would agree to whatever procedure I could be swayed into having? I stated very early in the consult with the doctor that I was looking for fat transfer or submalar implants to compensate for the loss of fat in my cheeks. He stated he did not perform fat transfer, only fat cell transfer, and did not perform surgery to insert foreign material in the cheek area. I distinctly stated I did not want a facelift. Yet, at the end of the consult, I was given an estimate of over $31,000 for a full face and neck lift complete with an overnight hospital stay, and no alternative pricing for any other procedure. Why would this physician think I would pay that amount of money for something I did not want in the first place? I never stated I was unhappy with my neck to even consider getting a neck lift. It was even more insulting to me since this is a minority plastic surgeon, and I am a minority woman. As a minority woman, we are quoted higher for most services because non-minorities think that we are not as knowledgeable as other consumers. I really felt I was not listened to during the consult, and a full face and neck lift was overkill to correct the things I was concerned about. After doing my research before the appointment, a mini facelift (if I was interested in one) would get rid of minor jowling and marionette lines. I would not recommend this physician to anyone, unless it is for reconstructive plastic surgery and insurance will cover a portion of it. For me, it was a waste of time, energy and money.
