Recently I had a rhinoplasty/septoplasty that was done by Dr.Michel Siegel. I am very happy with the results and I feel great about myself. The whole process was smooth from the first assessment and through the pre op and post op visits . My surgeon was amazing throughout and answered all my questions and concerns. I am satisfied of every aspect of the surgery. It is well worth it. Thank you Dr.Siegel and staff. Yours truly, Windy

I went to Dr. Siegel for a rhinoplasty and my experience was amazing! His staff is also very nice. The day I got my splint off earlier this week you would not have been able to tell I had had surgery! The recovery process was a breeze and my scar is already undetectable. I had minimal swelling following the surgery and no bruising. My new nose is exactly what I was wanting and it fits my face so well. Dr. Siegel definitely knows how to create a beautiful nose that looks natural for your face! If you are considering having a procedure done, do not hesitate - you definitely wont regret it!

I don't understand how this surgeon has great reviews because I had the worst experience! I went for a dorsal hump removal and ended up having 2 surgeries with him which resulted in uneven nostrils and a crooked nasal bridge. I never had an issue with either of those 2 things until he worked on me and yes it was my first rhinoplasty. He said it was an easy fix but ended up just messing the overall look of my nose. I have regretted going to him since the first surgery. He does offer to fix it for free if the first time doesn't come out right but he ended up wasting my time and messed ut up even worse. Now I don't have a bump but I have a lopsided nostril with another that is raised up highly and a nasal bridge that looks like a squiggle. DON'T TRUST HIM!

Its been over a year since my rhinoplasty revision & over 2 since my original nose job so i feel as if the results i have are the legitimate ones. I went back after my original surgery because i still had a nose hump (they agreed & were very reasonable with the pricing to fix it hence why i went in again). However, my nose simply does not look how i wanted or how i expected from the before/after edits. I knew it wouldnt be exact however i still have a very visible hump from one side & my nose looks crooked from a front view. From one side it looks great- but thats not what i paid $13000 +\-for. His office staff is very kind & he was very great to talk to/work with. I have no complaints on the way i was treated but i really did not expect to still be this unhappy this far out from surgery as the results are just not what I expected or was hoping for.

I came to Dr Siegal first about both cosmetic desires but also severe sinus issues. I saw that he was board certified in both ENT and plastics and could offer me guidance. I saw he had training both in US and overseas where rhinoplasties are the norm and that he went to get additional training in a method not yet widely used in the US. I also looked at healing times and methods used (ultrasonic method) and compared it to other surgeons in the country. As a physician myself, I was particular who I chose to complete such a crucial procedure in such a central part of my face. I also appreciate that he in particular focuses on the face and is not a jack of all trades master of noneplastic surgeon. From a medical standpoint of course my goal was to breathe better but from a cosmetic standpoint I wanted to achieve symmetry. I can say he delivered what he said he was going to do. My deviated septum is corrected, my breathing is improved dramatically and he also corrected dorsal hump. The scarring so far is minimal. I am still getting used to my new appearance as these changes have made a noticeable difference. my advice to anyone considering the rhinoplasty procedure is have him play around with the computer simulations and give you a few different scenarios and not only one. That would be the only thing I wish I had asked for prior to choosing to move forward. Overall I am extremely pleased with my results. Remember less is more! Go check him out!

Physicians cannot comment on specific cases on public forums. In general, cosmetic surgery, including rhinoplasty can significantly improve the appearance of your nose, and in-some cases, breathing function. Patients should aim for improvement, not perfection. Symmetry, especially on the face does not exist. Patients should be aware that minor asymmetries existed before surgery, and after correction they will improve, not disappear.Unfortunately, good outcomes sometimes do not translate into happy patients.
