Pinks pizza used to be one of my favorites. I went in today to get a few slices to go. I was informed that they make their slices to order. I then decided to get one plain cheese pizza slice and another white sauce Alfredo pizza slice, for which I was charged a dollar more. Additionally I tipped. Upon getting home I was disappointed to be eating a clearly previously pre-made cheese pizza with Alfredo cheese sloughed on top. I called the restaurant to speak to the manager Ethan who was completely unapologetic. I expressed to him that I felt like them telling me that the Pizza slices were made to order insinuates that these are fresh slices of pizza. He then admitted that they are pre-made and they add toppings on top. I told him in that case they shouldnt have told me they could prepare a white Alfredo pizza its quite misleading. Ethan then asked what I wanted him to do about it again very off putting as a customer. I feel as though the quality of this restaurant has declined. Disappointed that restaurant management couldnt come up with their own solution to remedy a customer complaint.

Walked in to want & get a slice to go. The cooks was making the dough no gloves on. Just disgusting & I left didnt order a thing
