These guys are wonderful - specifically Rod and Berni. Im an individual and recently shipped a container from West Africa for the first time. I didnt have a clue what the hell I was doing but they held my hand from beginning to end, to handle ISF filing and customs clearance as well as assistance with demurrage fee handling. Just perfect to deal with.

I called Rod with a super complicated and difficult situation regarding my personal cargo from South America. I have no experience with importing anything and was in a mess in which I could easily have lost all my belongings. Rod kindly took my case and told me how I could avoid the worst problems in a straight talking, honest way. They charged me a fraction of what another company was asking and got everything done very fast and efficiently! I am SO thankful! So I'm writing this review of my experience. They are efficient and honest and fair. A million star review!
