Venue was nice but the entire team is very unprofessional. They double booked us for their other location then called us 2-3 weeks prior to our wedding to tell us we either had to find another venue or go to their other location. We had to get new invites made, wedding program which left our guest confused the day of and we lost money with the invitations and programs we originally had made. And they offered us a free hour and some lights for them inconveniencing us. Id never book with them again!

We were informed that we were overbooked at studio 19 two weeks before our event after paying our deposit and all monies required for the spot. We were told that we would receive an additional hour for our inconvenience but was told we wouldnt receive our deposit back for minor things that were out of our control. We lost money on invitations and our guests were confused as to where the new location would be. The venue was nice but the staff were unprofessional. We would not book with them again.
