The staff were very nice, but they did not make good on their estimated delivery window. I ended up transferring the prescription to a CVS.

So i had medication sent there for covid on December 25 with promised to be delivered today. Ive been waiting all day and no medication! Then I call at 430 after the app said it was en route then they tell me that that my medication was going to be delivered! This is ridiculous! Im never using this pharmacy again. The lady however did resolve my issue and had my prescription sent to Walgreens and refunded my money. Overall im satisfied but upset because this now 2 days without my medication.

Worst customer service ever. My doctor ordered Tammyflu thats most effective if taken during the first 24h when symptoms start and they didnt deliver it for THREE days. Walgreens had it in 10min

So very glad that Capsule handles my prescriptions. They take care of everything and then deliver it to me. I don't have to try and remember when I need to refill as they do it for me. Their delivery people are all so nice and professional. Thank you Capsule!

I spoke to Ms Joy and she not only provided me with superb customer service she also resolved my issue within one call and that is something definitely appreciated. Miss Joy deserves kudos from me as a custom and she is what I'm sure capsule wants her to provide which is top-notch customer service
