I love my little pharmacy. They are always on-time with refills, everything runs smoothly & I appreciate them very much for dealing with my insurance company! They are kind, courteous & take the time to ensure I get certain medications that work better for me. They've made my life much easier

BEWARE!! I have been using Privia Pharmacy for about a year now. Used to LOVE them. Recently they told me they couldn't fill my prescription because of a problem with my insurance. I called my insurance and they contacted Privia to straighten it out. Privia basically told them that they wouldn't fill my prescriptions because they didn't make enough money from them. How is that on me? Why do I get denied service for something I cannot control? Bottom line is they put money before the health and well being of their customers. Shame on them! I'd give no stars if I could.

I am very disappointed with the attitude of the pharmacy employee that I talked to today. After returning from an overseas trip Thursday night I could not reach anyone there on Friday. After multiple calls on Monday I was eventually able to request the required medication refill. When I questioned the person about the hours of operation I mentioned that I may transfer my medication refills to a pharmacy that would service my needs better, the person said that I should as though they don't want my business. Having been in business for about 3 decades I nor my employees never treated a customer with such disregard. Dr Butler is a really good endocrinologist and it's because of her that I chose to deal with this pharmacy which is in the same facility. It's a shame that management hires that quality of people.

This pharmacy worked closely with my wifes doctor to provide low cost alternatives to expensive meds and do so consistently
