      Making corporate complaint, will never ever give them another chance to redeem them selfs as a pharmacy tried they failed.

      image Worst service and discourteous staffs. I’ve requested so many times not to send prescription request to a doctor who is no more my pcp since 2019 and still they send prescription requests to the same doctor. I couldn’t know about it until I run out of medication and I have to call my pcp only to learn they never received the request. When I called them to ask why they do this mistake even after my repeated request to correct it in their system they just hung up on me.
