Kroger Pharmacy

So we contacted this Kroger to find out about our order being ready that was sent to them at 2:10pm. We were told at 5:30pm that it is found in their system…They had not done it yet and would be ready in 30 minutes. We were also told that one of the two prescriptions would not be ready till the following day at noon. No problem and we told them we would just pick up the both the following day. So again we came for both prescriptions this time and come to find out there is an issue with how one prescription was prescribed. It is 6:30pm and no call to us about this issue. They have our contact info. Even worse, the other prescription was not even done. Something that could have easily been fixed by contacting us and if the Dr office is not responding to the pharmacy. We will make something happen. Very disappointed in this pharmacy. We will be taking our business elsewhere. I do not recommend this pharmacy at all.

Not sure why others are having bad experiences, but this pharmacy has always been on the ball with all of my meds; regular and emergency. And I always receive stellar customer service.

Is been more than 24 hr I called and my medicine is not ready this is not first time but please call the Kroger manager and let them know what's going on
