Upon entering the pet store, I was greeted by seemingly friendly staff who appeared knowledgeable about their products.
After making my purchase from them, I mentioned to the sales associate that I would go next-door to grab lunch to go and I was threatened that my car will get towed even though I already made a purchase from Natural Paws. I will never ever return to this establishment.

I've also been to the location on Washington Ave and the 5 stars applies to both. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and always sweat the details. Their products are great quality, varied, unique, and well priced considering the quality. Definitely my go to pet store for all supplies.

I went to your store on Westheimer 10 days ago and worked with your store person Jennifer . I wanted to say that I have dealt with her a few times recently and I really appreciate 1) knowledge on the products 2) her caring nature and 3) her personality and the way she interacts with the customer . She is definitely a great employee and you are very fortunate to have her as an employee

I came in to the store about a week ago and had the best customer service from Jenny. She has extensive knowledge in pet products and nutrition. Will be purchasing food from this location going forward because of the amazing service that I got. Keep it going!
