Be aware and read fine print. Salesmen make it seem easy to add services and/or cancel but the truth is it takes 3 visits for the same issue to cancel or else that new customer fee that was waived pops back up. They also like to lie and say neighbors in the area called them due to complaints of bugs, etc. snake oil salesmen. Lastly most of these 5 star reviewed are pressured to enter it while the technician stands over you after service.

03-13-2024 First off let me say this!! I love the staffs thats in the office Manager Kayla Assistant Manager Malayasia Leasing Agent Courtney you guys Rock I appreciate you guys hospitality now let me get to the point: Back in December 2023 I came to these apartments and I decided to move here due to what was promised that I will have in my unit a new washing dryer, a new refrigerator and a new dishwasher when I moved into my unit on January 4 there was no washing dryer and my dishwasher is not new on the inside is very rusty and I would not be using that dishwasher I am the dishwasher I have my two hands I can wash my own dishes now the refrigerator is new microwave is new the stove is new, but I was promise that I would have a washer and dryer in my unit when I move in when I ask when will I receive my washing dryer? I was told that it is on back order here it is March 10. I still have not received my washing dryer! The reason why I move into these apartments is because I was promised that I will have these items no shade to the managers thats inside the office I know you guys are doing an awesome job and I applaud you guys for that since I have not received my wash and dryer I think I should be compensated with my rent. My money was not to go and take my laundry to the Washateria and pay money over there. I did not budget to pay to go wash my clothes at the Washateria if Im paying rent here and its supposed to come with a wash and dryer. I feel that my rent should be lower until I receive the washing and dryer. I referred two or three people to move over here in this complex but I think I made a mistake I see the maintenance guy having some female going in and out of the maintenance building at night coming out zipping his pants and she fixing her clothes W.T.H the next time I see this I will be taking a picture and I will be posting it. This is not acceptable. I would like for my rent to be lower until I receive a new washer and dryer please!
