This is a great company! They have very affordable services and they definitely get the job done. Caleb has been my tech and hes very knowledgeable at explaining the service being rendered. Hes very professional and does a very thorough job. If any issues or questions arise, Nathans staff are quick and sufficient at resolving.

We have been with Natran for 4 years. The first year they did a great job helping with pest control in the attic, and then consecutively the did well with controlling insects and pest outdoors. I like that they are a green company. HOWEVER, if you need to cancel service, they require a 30 day written notice, which they don't bother to tell you when you call to cancel. So after verbally canceling, we were charged automatically for another month, even though we had moved. When we called again, to say we had cancelled and ask for a refund, they took our info again. We were then charged again...for another month. When we called for a fourth time, we were then told that they need a 30 day written notice, per the contract...we signed 4 years ago. Who will remember that? And why did no one tell us this the first time we put them on hold and told them we may need to cancel? It took talking to a supervisor, after 2 months of trying to resolve, to then be told we will get back one of the charges. On average we paid $80 a month for pest control, so it is a bit pricey. They do come if you need anything.
