        Im disgusted and disappointed in the practice of this establishment in houston. I was manipulated into spending thousands of dollars to handle our homes rodent issue only to deal with even more rats! As i made multiple efforts to reach out about my concerns, i was saddened to realize its almost impossible to contact any one at this company unless they want to speak with you. The unprofessionalism displayed by terminix and its constituents is truly disgraceful. And dont advise anyone to hire them for any service as they over charge and under perform. Still waiting to still to a manager that was supposed to contact me weeks ago. So sad.

Not only did he identify the issue promptly by finding feces and fecal matter in the attic, but he also recommended a thorough attic cleanout, sanitization, and disinfection. Throughout the process, John made multiple trips to check on traps and ensure everything was in order. Additionally, Brian explained the program thoroughly and assisted us in setting up. Thanks to their efforts, we now have a healthy, sanitized, and disinfected attic. Great job to both John and Brian for their professionalism and excellent service.
