I agree with all of the negative reviews. How they have so many positives reviews is crazy and it just significantly recently because the review rate was way lower months ago. It took over year to have my case settled probably to increase the payout for them. My attorney was switched at least 5 times. Communication is nonexistent. I settled almost two weeks ago. But, according to the reviews, Ill probably review my check in 3 years and itll be way longer than expected. Also, I only went to orthopedic doctor 3 times and my bill is over 27,000. My advice is pick your own doctor. Theres no point of constantly contacting the office because they never know or act like theyre totally in the blind. Ill update this when the check is received.

poor customer service and case updates are rarely given and phone calls are not returned have a case with this firm for 5yrs or better and never heard back from them again and they dont call you back and nobody never knows anything worst firm dont refer them to anyone
