These people are RUTHLESS the manager just hung up in my face her name starts with a T I think tamika or something like that. Even when on time for your appointment they will still make you wait an hour, they treat their clients very unfair and do not care about these kids at all. They come to work to put on make up and talk very unorganized and worried about everything else but the patients

AFTER MANY YEARS I DECIDED TO CHANGE PEDIATRICIANS THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE TODAY I CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND THE ASSISTANT WHO ATTENDED ME VERY RUDE WOULD NOT EVEN LET ME SPEAK I THINK THEY ARE ALREADY TIRED OF THEIR JOB AND THEY SHOULD RETIRE AND GIVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SOMEONE ELSE CALLS CONCERNED ABOUT SICK CHILDREN AND BEING ANSWERED LIKE THIS IS NOT VALID

Terrible service They give you an appointment at a certain time and they see you 1 to 2 hours later. The service was good before but now it's horrible.

Why do they make you have appts but it's 30+ mins after your appt before they even come see you...yet they make you cancel if tour at all late...used to be 15 mins grace period but not anymore.. Hearing laughter and talking from the halls like there is a party. Hear patients calling and saying they will be a little late but told to reschedule but yet it's ok it'll they are beyond late
