After waiting for almost an hour and watching families who came after my kiddo's appointment, get called to the back, the staff realized they forgot to check me in for the visit (after I question our wait time). The nurse then lied, and said it was some type of insurance problem and I had to wait. I noticed at least six were families were escorted to the back after we had been waiting for almost an hour (infact, we were the only ones there for about 30 minutes). The receptionist was great in explaining she forgot to inform the back we were ready. Even after learning of the mistake, I was told by the nursing staff that I had to still wait!! I am so shocked of the poor service rendered to me an my daughter.

I love the staff from the triage nurses, to the appt setters and the Drs are fantastic!!!

I am very appreciative of Dr. Hammond. She takes the time to explain everything, as well as address any questions or concerns we have about our child. Unfortunately, these are things that are lacking in the current world of medicine we live in. This is coming from someone who also works in the medical field. The nurses are competent and we have never had a problem with the front desk. We have always been seen on time. I think some of the negative reviews are harsh. It seems like people are just overly sensitive or just want things for free. I am thankful our child is established at this facility.
