I love Dr Chu she always gives me peace of mind with my little. The front office staff are always very helpful and welcoming!

The Drs and the nurses are great but the ladies sitting at the front desk, answering calls are very terrible, very rude and lack empathy. I was asking her question and she hung up without calling back. This is going to be my last visit at that clinic.

My son has been going there since he was a newborn I complained about his ear and dr.Salem said it was just fluid well he continued to rub his ears so I called back asking if something would be orescrimoed being that dr.Salem said there was fluid in his ears her I was informed that the note about fluid in his ears was not noted, so then his dad took him back to get his ears re looked at within just a week apart from his first appointment of dr.Salem saying his ears were fine but then this second appointment she states that they are inflamed and the infection is really bad and began to precede as if she hadnt seen my son in awhile, I am appalled at the lack of notating an account and then The lack of great patient care, it shouldnt have to take coming back to get things taken care of and before when I discuss things it seemed as though I was being herd but these last two visits have not been like that at all
