Complete SCAM! I will never do business at this location or use this garage again. $8 after 15mins I literally had to sit and wait for the girl to click clack on the IPad and coincidentally its ONE minute after so I have to pay $8. Ma'am you literally took your time and made me wait on you just so you could charge me then acted surprised when I was upset. It's fine. They clearly need to rob customers to keep the lights on in that place. I won't be back and I'll be sure to warn any unsuspecting person I know that may have to go there. Be prepared to give away your money just because. They need it more than we do.

SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!!
QR code doesn't work
No signage about knowing liscense plate until away from car
Threatens to tow but no way to reach help if QR code doesn't work
Creates undue stress, fear, anxiety when just seeking health care
Needs another way to pay
TIGHTEST parking spaces I've ever seen

I would leave 0 stars if I could.
I parked here for 17 minutes and upon leaving the garage, the gate opened automatically. I was not prompted to pay a fee at the exit booth.
Now, a month later, I receive a bill with a $7 unpaid parking fare and a $70.25 ticket fine. I had not received any invoice prior to this.
I called Metropolis payments, who sent me the letter. Spoke with Deidra who stated that she could not assist with any parking tickets. She was apparently the only one in the office and could not provide another contact (phone or email) for someone to assist with this issue.
This company is just preying on poor patients coming for doctors visits. Horrible business practice with no morals.

Parked in garage for about 15 minutes, I departed the garage thru one of the exit and now a month later they send me a $75.00 collection ticket. This place is a rip-off never park here! Any business that are in this building should be boycotted for having a parking garage like this!
