DO NOT PARK AT THIS LOT!!!!! There are scammers who act like parking attendants at the front exit and customers are lining up to pay. You are oblivious because it seems like any other parking lot operation. We reported the scammers and the company did NOTHING and actually booted our car!!!! There were several other customers in the same predicament.

Convenient parking spots, but very narrow. Have to be very careful getting in and out. There are scammers everywhere pretending to be parking attendants. They won't let you in unless you pay them $20. They seem legit with fake identification and if you do not have the cash they take cash app. Big red flag. They even provide a numbered ticket. Upon returning to the lot, a lot of people had a boot on their car
and a ticket.
MAKE SURE TO PAY THE PARKING METER. You will have to enter your license plate and select the time you want.
*Avoid this guy* not parking attendant.

Very small lot with tight parking spaces but right across the street from the Leland federal building. Pay the machine, NOT the pan handlers.
