        4th of July parking freaking sucked. there was no attendance til almost an hour after people started fighting

        Updated and dropping to 1 star as the new badge in/out system sucks. No covers so in the rain your car gets soaking wet and the line backs up as people pay with credit cards, etc. In addition, the machine is set back far so if you have a low car or high truck its very hard to reach. Not sure why they didn't use the txtag integration like some of their other garages to save the hassles. During rush hours be prepared to wait to get in/out of lot so pretty annoying. old: Decent lot but a bit pricey for non-covered parking in downtown. In addition, on weekends it is frequently used for other activities and blocked to monthly parking users (marathons, parades, etc) which is quite annoying. The one plus is that they upgraded the lighting so it is very well lit and patrolled from time to time by Allen center security.
