        We went there for a sleep study. The equipment provided was defective. We asked if we can do a new sleep study and we were advised that we would have to pay for a new sleep study even though the prior equipment was defective. Not happy bad service

      Dr. Craddock is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at The University of Texas at Houston Medical School. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons as well as the American Board of Otolaryngology. He served as President of the Houston Society of Otolaryngology and is a member of the Texas Medical Association, the Denton Cooley Cardiovascular Surgical Society, and the Harris County Medical Society. He has privileges at The Methodist Hospital, Methodist West Houston Hospital, Texas Children's Hospital, and Texas Children's Hospital West Campus.
