I meant to write Dr. Pritchard not Pritchett. My bad spelling. Dr . Pritchard was great and his professionalism was the best in all of the ent physicians I have ever had!

Very disappointed. No problem with Dr. Prechard but with follow-up. The doctor recommend therapy. If we do not get the recommendation to call. We called with zero results. Zero notes in our portal. But we got a bill in the mail. I see the billing department followed through with their job.

If I could rate this practice with negative stars, I would. My mom was diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer in November. Dr. Anthis said she would need thyroid removal surgery and a round of radioactive iodine treatment. He assured my mom she would be okay and the cancer was very treatable. He also offered to pray over my mom to make her feel more at ease. It is now two months post-diagnosis. My mom was scheduled for surgery in a week but because this practice is incredibly slow at moving, the cancer has spread to her trachea. Because of this, my mom was referred to MD Anderson instead. My mom had a pre-op appointment with Dr. Prichard and when she asked him why it took so long to schedule her surgery, he responded that Texas ENT doesn't advertise fast services. That's the honest truth. He was able to get her an expedited appointment at MD Anderson but honestly, this could have been done weeks ago. If you would like to go to a practice where everything is slow moving and you do not feel cared for in the slightest bit, come here. I appreciate that Dr. Anthis prayed for my mom, but prayer means absolutely nothing without action. Do not come here.
