        Made appointment 2 weeks ago, extreme discomfort, show up Monday told Doc couldn't make it. No call no email poor customer care. Now i have to start over again seeking care. Really poor attitude

        Called for the first time to schedule an appointment today. The lady in charge of scheduling was not sure about my insurance. We agreed that I call back in a bit with more details. I called back at 4:20 but was put on hold for the rest of day. Either she was super busy or not too happy to help. I never had a experience like this. Usually providers call the insurance to get more details if needed. I have used this insurance many places with no problem except this case. Overall not a good first impression.
