I dont give a damn about the prescription, yall are required by law to give a patient their prescription AFTER an exam and yall didnt. For two yall lied to get me off the phone and said yall would send the prescription of the glasses. Ive been going here since I was a child and yall have gotten terrible over the years. Then yall have a charge on my account because of a mistake that was on YALLS end not mine. I paid everything I had to pay. That is yall mistake, now if I call Medicaid which covered the exam and the glasses yall never gave to me, it will be an even bigger problem.

I made an appointment for my son to get his eyes examined. I needed to change my daughter so I decided to go inside of their filthy restroom. There was not a changing table so I went to the back of the facility. Used my child's blanket and changing pad and put her on a chair to change her, while in the middle of changing my Daughter Otometrist Stephen Smolins approached me standing over me and yelling at me with his hands toward my face. At that point I was in fear for my life and my children's life because he was standing over me with anger yelling at me with his hands in the midst of me changing my daughter. He told me I should change my daughter inside of their filthy restroom on the sink or the floor. I politely asked him to stop yelling at me with his hands and please step back. He was not willing to accommodate me so I hurried and changed my daughter and begin to leave the facility because I do not want to do business with them anymore. While I'm leaving out of the facility. He begins to follow me and threaten to call the police on me saying that I try to assault him. I continue to take my children and leave out of the facility as he's following me saying hit me hit me. I yell very loudly. I am not going to hit you. He then turns around and walks back into the facility. I am so glad my kids and I made it out safely. He was also very rude to his employees yelling at them as well. Very unprofessional
