We came back after the eye exam to order contacts and we were assisted by a female (believe here name was marisol thats what Receipt said). She was very rude and seemed uninterested in the interaction. And she walked away while we were still talking to her. The other representatives seemed nicer wish we wouldve had someone else.

Dont waste your time going here. I dont know why they ask you in the paper what brand of contacts you use if they are going to give you their cheap brand. Very uncomfortable. I picked up my trial pair and it wasnt the brand I wanted so I asked them if they can order me the brand I had asked for. They said they put the order in. Called two weeks ago to check up on the order said theyll call me back and they never did. Called today because its been a month and they never put in any order. Dont waste your time going here. The representative who assisted me with my glasses at this location was one of the rudest individuals I have encountered in a very long time. She was not informative and conducting the company process based on how she felt it should go. This visit was my second visit at this location for my eye exam so I was familiar with the process and knew that she was providing information they way she felt it should be conveyed. Ironically, even the other workers within the facility stated that she is rude to everyone like that. My concern is that if other employees are observing her demeanor how is this behavior okay to continue and not be addressed. Does this company have a code of conduct policy that is provided to the employees? The one thing that I learned by working 25 years in corporate America is to never assume the customer or what their intentions are at that time. I was prepared to make a payment for my glasses on that day but because of the demeanor of your employee I declined and allowed her to assume. I am very skeptical on will I proceed forward with purchasing my frames from this location.
