They buy personal phone numbers from scammers and SPAM you. I have never once interacted with this company yet I'm getting text messages at 9:40 pm from them.

Edited 4/10 Called number provided in the response to my review. It's a generic customer service phone number. Explained what happened and told them I was told to call this number to make it right. Lady did apologize for what happened and said I'll transfer you to the store. Before she did I did ask what is this going to do since they didn't want to take accountability for the mistake. Was told they are the ones who can do something about it. This was in the afternoon Way before closing time. Manager wasn't in and left my number and advised the person who picked up the phone to leave a VM just incase I'm busy at work and can't pick up. Was told by the person who pick up that the retest is the best they can do. Haven't received a phone call back. Seems now a days people taking accountability for anything is long gone. More then likely the reason for not making sure things get done correctly the first time. I was hoping for the company to set up and make it right. Not the case here. To avoid the headaches literally (look at computer screens all day) and making things worse on you. I recommend to question everything and do damage control before you leave the store. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sorry for the long winded review. I'm a person of detail. Everyone there was nice. I went for a eye exam. The selection they had i couldnt find anything I liked. Looked around for about 30-40 minutes while waiting for my prescription to come in from the Dr. Ordered my glasses through a different company. Waited 10 days for them to come in. Put them on and everything looked like i was in a fish bowl. right eye felt like it was straining. I put the glasses on upside down and could see better. I thought it was just that left and right were swapped. Went in to let them know. They tested the new glasses and told me that they are the right prescription. They did retest me. The second test didnt come close to what i received the first time. They pulled out a case with different lenses and checked to make sure it was right this time. They failed to do that the first time which i did tell them. I received no apology and no reason why the last prescription was way off. Just that they dont know what i figured out with the Dr this time. Kinda felt like they were deflecting and not taking ownership of the mistake. Now i have to return the new glasses wait 3 days and reorder new ones which will take another 10-12 days. Thats almost a month without glasses which is unacceptable. i feel that my displeasure with the whole thing is warranted. Had to leave work early and inconvenience people at work to cover me while i was gone. My advise before you leave is to have them take out the case with the different lenses and double check. it will save you from the headache. Picture attached shows how far off it was.

This was my first visit to Stanton Optical off 249 and Cypresswood. I will be back in the future for my eyeglasses. The service provided by Christi-R was great. Helpful and friendly. On another note I saved money coming here.
