Work on training your staff how to interact with patients. Seriously small things go a long way like please, thank you, eye contact, stay in the room long enough to answer patients questions. For the love of God we are already dealing with unpleasant health issues. A little bit of humanity goes a long way.

Rarely do I leave a poor review when both the staff and doctor were satisfactory. Unfortunately for me, this place was not able to accommodate what I see as a reasonable request. I would have been better off paying for a google doctor. I asked to pay for a couple minutes of the doctors time for a couple questions, I said I was willing to pay up to a couple hundred dollars for this service. They were unable to accommodate and forced me to undergo $500 of testing before I was able to speak with a doctor. Once I did get to the doctor, I received a one line response to my question, which could have been answered the exact same way with $0 of testing. Basically, they want you to order whats on the menu or to leave them alone. Assembly line doctors office.

My experience here was stellar! I must admit, I was terrified walking into the office since it was my 1st time. I did not know what to expect. From the receptionist who put me at ease when I got there, to the ladies administering the x-rays, to the doctor! Everyone was very kind & professional! They clued me in on what was going to happen every step of the way! I could not be more happy about the service I received at Retina Consultants of Texas - Peakwood Dr location. They all went above & beyond. Thank you everyone!

Everyone from Dr Chen to the four or five staff members who I saw was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Although this was my first visit, I was treated like a long-time patient. I definitely recommend Dr. Chen and his staff at the 1960 location.

Thank you Dr. Wong and everyone at the spring location. If it was not for the treatment and care I recieved for my detached retina I could have permanently lost my vision. Can't thank you enough.
