The lady operating this is a crook she stealing money she gave me a 3 month dot physical for my va meds just so she can charge me again now the va paid for my school and she is telling me it's nothing she can do after she told me to come back Im Calling the bbb and I'm gonna make sure the va black list her for vet services and if anyone do find themselves at this hussie office lie on your paper work all she is out for is money

First time HR department met Tona and introduced Workplace Safety to us we were surprised of the amount of services that they offer. She is amazing as a person and owner of Workplace Safety. All needs are met and would not change anything about Workplace Safety.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would 1 star is too much for this place they told me that my pee was to hot and told my coworkers there's where two cold had me sit out for 3 more hrs for Nothing just to have a guy looking at my d..k and the girl in front that wants to be a dude sets it up for him to check out men's junk

The nurse is very unprofessional. It fact I think she's a scammer. The woman measured my neck and asked me to stick out my tongue.. Now I'm scheduled for a unnecessary sleep study. I will Never recommend nor return to this facility.
