Live Amore

I started taking Live Amore sea moss gel two weeks ago after hearing about the health benefits from my Pilates instructor and doing some of my own research. In that short time I have had more energy, better digestion and an elevated mood (much needed during this season of COVID). Sea moss has many essential nutrients most of us are missing in our typical American diet so I figured I had nothing to lose giving it a try and Im certainly glad I did! Its perfect in a delicious smoothie but the fact its virtually tasteless and incorporates easily you can add it to just about anything to make getting your daily dose very convenient.

This sea moss gel is incredible. I cant believe it has no taste at all so I can put it in anything and not be worried about any strange flavors. I usually have my sea moss every morning in my oatmeal or yogurt. The gel lasts a good amount of time, Ive been using 1-2 tablespoons a day and Im still working on my first jar. Sea moss also keeps me full! Im not even hungry for lunch for 4 more hours after my oatmeal.

Love this! I have been using a tablespoon or two each day and I have definitely noticed a difference in my body. It give me comfort to purchase this product from Live Amore as the company really cares about the product and helping people feel their best. Recommended!

I love Live Amore Irish Sea Moss. I have been using it for almost six weeks, one to two tbsp a day. Even though I was skeptical at first, It has made an incredible difference in my GI tract. Also, it has helped me reduce post workout muscle soreness and joint pain. The gel has no flavor so It can be mixed in with any food. My favorite is Sea Moss gel in my morning latte. It makes it so think and creamy, delicious. I also add it to my smoothies and protein shakes. I have yet to try it directly on my skin (face) but Im sure it will be just as great. I truly recommend this product!
