Royal Roastery

I was just at royal roastery yesterday, and I was amazed by the service. A young lady called Noor greeted me so kindly. She gave me samples of many different nuts and helped me find everything I was looking for and more! I didn't realize there was such a wide selection of products until she should me! Honestlt i thought she was the owner since she was so knowledgeable about all the products but when i asked her she said no im just an employe. I had no idea there was such a wide selection of nuts, spices. roasted nuts spicy, etc. She was so polite, helpful, and sweet. It was a delightful experience, and I will definitely be going back there soon.

The products its good and high quality, but the customer service not good please someone ( owner or manager) asked the cashier ( his name Mr. Mohamed I believe )to smile and welcome customers !!

Beautiful place, super friendly and clean. Staff are really nice and explain everything to people like me that are not familiar. Pastries are extremely good, we drive 40 miles just to go to this place. 2nd time we go and they do not disappoint.
