        Sooo many rules " Do not take a drink here or there"-- But they threw my drinks away every time (4 times) I went back to different areas . Lost one of our phones and nobody tried to help at all. Totally over it. But overall, the 'over expression' of rules was the most odd thing for us. Everywhere you turn someone is explaining rules over and over- We went into a room and got told "you HAVE TO shut the door!" - That's their policy I guess, but I much prefer the "do as you please" vibe ELSEWHERE and not being told constantly what to do- I mean why are we even at a place like this? IMO, Obviously not to be treated like this. Will not go back. TPC for the win

        TNG is absolutely the most amazing place to go. 10/10 Definitely must check out. I love their theme night and whats great about this place even though its a theme night you dont have to match it. You are allowed to BE YOU..!!

      We're sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your experience! The only place that we do not allow open drinks is in the playrooms, for sanitary purposes. We allow bottled water only, in order to keep our rooms clean for other guests. Regarding the situation with your cell phone, you asked us to assist you in finding your phone, however at the time, there were other guests in the room playing, and we did not want to invade their privacy or disturb their play, as we explained at the time. We were more than happy to search the room once it was clear of other patrons. As far as throwing your drinks away, our staff is instructed to buss empty tables and throw away any empty beverage containers and trash that may be on the table in order to keep our club clean for our guests throughout the night. We understand that our rules and regulations may not be the norm at other places, but we assure you that our procedures are in place in order to maintain the satisfaction and enjoyment of our clients. We surely hope you will give us another chance and reconsider your review, but we appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration moving forward!
