Im giving 5 stars to Mrs Mary that she did my pedicure, she was very nice lady and did great job with my toenails. My problem is though that from the reception over booking without having enough staff and the customers waiting to long. This is not good for the business and the customers as well. They need to work with the customer service especially the reception who makes the appointments, before they book people. This job needs time to process and the ladies who doing the job need time to breathe too. All the people need some time to make it work. Every single person needs to be respected. My husband was waiting till I finished so he can be taking care of. Plus they didnt offer us not even a water. Im so glad I had my water and I asked for my husband to have some water. Seriously? Not polite at all for the business to not offer a water to their customers while theyre waiting.

Visiting Houston for the weekend and decided to stop here for a his and her pedi. It was his first time and he was amazed. The service was great; the salon is really nice and very clean. The glitter walls are a perfect accent. The nail techs were professional and courteous. With it being his first time, he had a lot of questions, and Alexa was very quick to respond and explain every step. Would recommend to family and friends! Ask for Yancy & Alexa!!
