Lauberge Nail Salon & Spa

Love this place. Ive been coming to it for a long time. I get my nails, my feet and waxing done, and I would not go any place else. The owner is so sweet and funny. Its very clean and sanitary, and they take care of their equipment. I love Miss Rose. Shes incredible.

I usually come here and decent service. I came in today and had specially called in this morning to make an appointment for 2:15, got here at 2:10, and sat there waiting being told someone will be right with me for over 40 minutes. When I asked I was told somebody will be with me in 5 minutes, 13 minutes later I just got up and walked out. The guy who look like he was in charge for the day just looked at me and didn't say a word. My last time trying to come here.

This was my second & last time coming here. Today, I went in for a fill in. Annie rushed on my nails to the point I was getting burned by the drill numerous of times, and then proceeded to charge me as a full set. I will not be returning.

The woman was rushing the entire time and at some point hurt my cuticles however my biggest issue that the photo on the left was my reference to how I wanted my flowers, the right photo is what she actually did. Its so sloppy! Even when I tried to show her the photo again, she would just wave me off and that she knew already. Half of the flowers arent even whole flowers and she went and added little dots on her own accord, she never told me or said what she was doing. Even when I was picking the color, she kept making comments how she thought other colors would be better. I hate that i cant admire my hands because they came out so sloppy. I got my nails done to treat myself for the start of spring but instead feel like I wasted time and money and now stuck with these nails.
