This was such a lux experience with my two girl friends. We had our own room with individual booths with pillows. They even offered warm neck pillows. The ladies were friendly & accommodating. The hour long pedi was amazing. It was 75% a leg & foot massage. I chose the mango pedi & the paraffin wax was lovely. Nicole was *amazing*. She did a fantastic job on an acrylic fill in. She had clean lines & an eye for design. I highly recommend booking her!! Always great service.. A tad pricey, though, but the place is spotless! Update, June 2023 The young ladies are very nice, and do a great job with the nail services. I wasn't offered any cryta gel

This review is for the Voss location. I typically get my nail service at the Kirby location. I really enjoy going to the Kirby location. I have been to the Voss location twice. The first time my technician was 20 minutes late. At both visits, the technician took me to the back and had me place my feet in the basin. I thought she was ready to provide my service, but both times they walked away for several minutes or once they started they would leave in the middle of the service for a few minutes. It turns out they were servicing other clients. This had never happened to me at the Kirby location. The Kirby location is much more professional than the Voss location. I have given them two opportunities to provide great customer service and both times they failed. I visited this location because my technician wasn't available at the Kirby location. I won't be back. Hopefully, they can fix their issues. I will return to the Kirby location. Service: Pedicure

We took our mentoring teen group the Rhoer Club (an affliate for Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc. )for a spa glam day. The girls had a blast! The techs were kind and very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

I would like to speak to the owner. I have been going to isle pedi for over 5 yrs now and have never been treated this way. To that note, I have been going to Faith every 2 weeks for months now. I was running late and told the receptionist that I would pay for a full pedicure and receive a mini because I was late. I got to the salon with 45 min left and was denied by the receptionist and Faith bc it would take too long. I argued that the min is 30 min pedicure and we had 45 min. Faith said it would take her longer for my feet. I said we can end it at the time we had scheduled. After a long argument, they accepted me. Completely unbelievable that I would be denied without any attempt to compromise, which was obviously possible at the end. I would really like to speak to someone about this. I would like to keep coming back but do not think I will at this point. Follow up - A month has gone by since I posted this and no word. Another follow up: Eventhough the manager or owner never reached out to me, I found 2 wonderful ladies that work there to help me.
