These people are liars and scammers. They claim I smoked in the room when Ive never smoked a day in my life. One of their own employees smoked in the room or theyre completely making up an issue to try and charge me for something that didnt happen.

Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable check in/out was easy, no issues at all. The surrounding area is a little sketchy but I never felt unsafe while on the grounds. Stayed for 1 night and didn't have any problems at all. Very convenient location for going downtown to concerts or events. You will hear road noise and trains going by at night, but I don't mind that personally. Overall good experience!

We stayed there for 4 nights and in none of them our room was cleaned, even though we left before 10am. We had to buy soap on our own, as the attendant, in addition to not replacing the room hygiene products, did not provide them when we asked, and there is no point in complaining at the reception because the attendants barely speak English, and are still extremely rude. It's surreal and practically inexplicable, only subjecting yourself to go through this bad experience to know.

Apesar do quarto deste hotel ser confortvel e a localizao ser boa (prximo ao metr) o atendimento pssimo (o que parece ser o padro pssimo de atendimento americano). Ficamos 4 noites hospedados l e em nenhuma delas nosso quarto foi arrumado, apesar de sairmos antes das 10h. Tivemos que comprar sabonetes por conta prpria, pois o atendente, alm de no repor os produtos de higiene do quarto eles no forneciam quando pedimos, e no adiante reclamar na recepo pois os atendentes mal falam o ingls, e ainda so extremamente rudes. surreal e praticamente inexplicvel, s se sujeitando a passar por essa pssima experincia para saber.

I usually am very skeptical about motels. However, this one is one I definitely recommend! Not only is it super affordable but the rooms have High ceilings, the room was very spacious and location is amazing for light rail access to all the downtown attractions. The neighborhood looks up and coming and we felt safe.. Would definitely come back when in Houston. Also, we asked the owner to hold our back until we got our rental car and they did!
