        I had a great experience! After multiple lenders didnt accept my husbands ITIN and or only approved us for very little, this company went above and beyond. They did request alot of paperwork but I guess it is part of the process. They did explain everything every step of the way and we were able to get approved! We are now living in our dream home.         Joan and his team are the absolute best. We were very young first time homebuyers and as you know this process can be very intimidating. We found Joan online and gave his office a call straightaway. From our very first interaction, he spoke with us on the phone for over an hour explaining the process and answering all of our FTHB questions. After our call my fianc and I immediately filled out an application to get prequalified. A month later we are in our dream home. Joan negotiated on our behalf and got us an unheard of rate in this market. Joan is the best at what he does, very genuine and you can tell he truly enjoys his work and doing whats best for his clients. Patricia was also amazing and very helpful when sending over paperwork or answering any questions we had promptly. If you are looking to get into your first home or a new one, please search no further.
