Great experience with these guys. They were able to close my deal with minimal delays due to Harvey. They really worked hard to burn the midnight oil and make this deal beneficial for both parties. Our builders mortgage company was trying to shoe horn us into a “one size fits all” type loan.

I would just like to say that I had as a home time buyer a really nice experience at Houston mortgage it was they make you feel like part of the family but what I like best about them was the knowledge that help that they gave me closing a week before my closing date calling at 9 at night Cliff Sanders answering the phone Edgar answering questions over email I was happy with this team even when I went into the office their secretaries everyone that works for Houston mortgage has a lot of experience at their jobs the friendliness what could I say but then if I ever buy a house again I know where I'm going back to Houston mortgage what a great team and I would tell family and friends about them I had a wonderful experience as a first-time home buyer that was awesome it was great working with you guys
