We had a wonderful experience with Sheldan Perry at Titanium Mortgage. We found our dream home and was under contract with another lender, only to be told the day of closing that our debt to income was 1% more than allowed . Needless to say, we were crushed. The seller worked with us and allowed an extension. We submitted all of our documents to Mr Perry on June 9. He worked on our loan each day and we were ready to close on June 24th. We were also allowed to transfer our appraisal. He was knowledgeable about the entire process, answered all of our questions and assured me that we would not have a repeat of the previous experience. I will not bother going to any other loan company. I will definitely use Titanium Mortgage again.
