We used James Ward for the purchase of our first home years ago and we used him again for the purchase of our second home. James is very knowledgeable and handles everything promptly and professionally. It made the loan process a breeze and allowed us to focus on finding the perfect home instead of worrying about the financial side of things. An added bonus that I love is the home report we get emailed every month. This email gives us estimated updates on the value of our home, shares what the housing market is doing, gives loan tips, housing tips, and is an overall a great tool. We really appreciate all James has done and will be using him for any future home purchases as well as recommending him to our friends and family!

It was my first time taking a big loan, and I don't think I could have done it as efficiently without James. He was so patient and always made himself available whenever I had a question.
