I always heard great things about home buying and great lenders, working with this company specifically Mandy was a nightmare. She is very unprofessional, unorganized and disrespectful. We had lost contact for Atleast a month until we started calling in to see if everything was okay, she then told my wife and I not to call or speak to anyone else, to email her and when she has time she will email us back. Even after she said this days would go by with no response. We had to resend the same document on multiple occasions. It was just poor management of documents and she would tel us one thing and our realtor something else . She would state she didn’t receive documents to UW or would tell us our realtor didn’t send in documents but were clearly sent to her with verification by email and dates.
