Kathryn at Guild Mortgage was fantastic! She answered all of myquestions regarding my mortage almost always instantly. I had two informational sessions with her regarding my financing and she was incredibly helpful. As a first time home-buyer, she helped me explore all of my financing options and various down payment assistance programs. She made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Kathryn and her team were so amazing to work with throughout the entire home buying process; from pre-approval through closing. She was always available to quickly answer my questions via text or call, and she was able to walk me through issues that came up and help me find solutions. Her many years of experience in the industry are clear as she has a ton of knowledge, connections and resources to share with a new home buyer. She did a great job explaining new things to me and also setting me up for the next steps so there were no delays and I could be ready for any paperwork or documents she needed to keep the processes running smoothly. We were able to close early on my home before the holidays because of her help! Cant recommend her enough! Will be using her and her team for any other properties I buy in Houston.
