Our Loan Officer was super available, knowledgeable, and helpful. He answered any and all questions we had. It would have been nice to have been treated as 1st time home buyers. Instead we were treated as though we knew the process, terms, etc. Also, it was confusing when someone knew began contacting us and why. One of the individuals who worked closely with our Loan Officer would send us documents with several typos that we had to keep correcting. Super friendly! Way too fast of a talker though. Had to ask to slow it down a bit several times.

Every single person we talked with at Crestmark were very knowledgeable, personable and helpful. They walked us through the process every step of the way and went beyond my expectations.
