Was charged $84 to mail 6 envelopes as certified mail when the usps rate is $4.35 so $27 at most. When I asked employees about it they tried to say my envelopes weighed over 13oz which is incorrect as they only had 2-3 papers each. He tried to show me the screen to prove that it was $14 each and even the screen only showed $7.55.

I just need you to show up... Come on man. Time is valuable.. . 5 people have come and gone.. I'll wait for another few minutes but this seems to be a pattern...

In 20 years I have dealt with many postal services and this is by far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The owners of this establishment are RUDE and unaccommodating to say the least. We opened a corporate account to receive mail and they have refused or returned mail on numerous occasions. After I paid them to notarize the requested 1583 form they still keep stamping mail "Return to Sender". They have caused my clients to question the validity of the address. My company has decided to seek services elsewhere due to their unprofessional behavior. I STRONGLY suggest you do NOT do business with Parcel Plus as they have no concept of customer service. You will lose business and have nothing but issues with these "A-holes".
