Contacted this Daycare for my Son to receive Daycare Services and was transferred to a someone named Luke who told sorry we don't need him right of the bat. I immediately was shocked and thought there was a miscommunication so I called again, and requested information to find out what's the Weekly Fee for my Son who's 5 years old to receive Daycare and again I was told, WE DO NOT NEED HIM & hung up.Definitely unprofessional, & these people do no know how to communicate with Potential Customers. If this is how they talk to an Adult I can't imagine how they speak to these young children. I would love to leave 0 Stars but unfortunately 1 is the Least I can leave behind.

This campus is absolutely amazing! My son loves it here and we feel that every teacher is really focused on developing kind, empathetic, independent little humans. The amount of activities and events they do for the students is far beyond anything we have experienced at previous schools. We love the North Cypress campus! :)

I used to work as an assistant teacher at the North Cypress Campus. It's a wonderful school and they really care about the students. The teachers genuinely care about the success of each student in the classroom. They get to know each student individually and help create such a positive environment. It was great to work with loving and caring teachers. I loved the amount of creativity in the work environment and I was never bored. Overall, it was such a great experience to watch each student grow and learn throughout the year.
