        I took my Android tablet there for repair on a Thursday. It was in a restarting loop. They said someone would call me by the next day. Nobody ever called. I kept checking their device tracker and saw that my tablet wasn't being worked on. I finally gave up, picked it up on Tuesday, and took it to someone else. Unfortunately, uBreakiFix had let the battery go completely dead, and now we can't get it to power back up. If only I had skipped them completely!!

        When I saw above and beyond! Jeremy under promises and over delivered. He had me in and out in an hour. Verizon sent me way out my way and he made it with it!

        I took my phone to repair a broken screen. The phone worked well but the broken glass was annoying. In the process of replacing the screen, they short circuit the motherboard. They said, they were going to replace it with a similar phone. They admitted wrongdoing. I called several times per day during 10 days. Their answer was well call you back when the owner of the store authorizes the replacement. They never called back. Not a single time. Not one. Tired of dealing with them, I asked them to return my phone as is. At this point I was more worried about them having my data than anything else. I WOULD NEVER WORK WITH THEM AGAIN

        We began our journey with them under the understanding that the physical glass on the phone would be replaced but needed to be ordered. Over the course of the next week we touched base with the store to see if the order came in and it kept getting delayed a day. Finally on Monday 2/19, tech Lazer explained that we were mislead on some things and that he would do his best to transfer the data to new phone. After a few hours into repair, Lazer completed the transfer 100%. My husband is truly grateful the transfer was a complete success. The manager, not sure his name, was kind enough to not charge for the repair due to all the run around we received in regards to the process. We recommend this location to anyone in fret of their data or repair due to breakage. The care they took on our needs like it was their own, was truly admirable. Thank you Lazer and manager.
