Urban Bird Hot Chicken

Food Is delicious but my issue is every time I order bbq tender basket take out they never put the sauce. I literally asked them did they put it and the lady was like yeah but just check to see so I did and no sauce was in there! Whats so hard about putting bbq sauce when I order take out! This was the third time this happened. Not only to me but it just happened to my mom 2 days ago! Please get these orders right cause when people order food they expect to get what they order. Love the food but service needs improvement

This place sucks, there's no organization, absolutely too many people and nobody's expedient, (fast). The 1st time it was ok, but the 2nd time, they don't know what they serve? Like their plain chicken is their country chicken, why they don't know that? Today I stopped in and thought I was gonna get 4 tenders, but after I realized it had been an hour, the buzzer they gave me didn't work. It was discovered when I asked about my order, and they couldn't find it? So I asked for my money back, and left. Whoever owns this place needs to fire everybody in there and shut it down !?!
