Its nice to visit this catering restaurant! When I worked as an Uber driver, I came here multiple times so I was very familiar with this place and today I got to try their dishes for the first time! :) I got to try all vegetarian options like tofu wrap, salad, fries, wanton chips, donuts and 50% sweetness thai tea! They were all fresh and I enjoyed them all! Since they are good at making them tasty, if they expand vegetarian menu that would be awesome Thai tea was very refreshing and tasty Only cons that I felt was waiting time, you can definitely expect for good 20-30 mins delay (which happened quite a lot when I was doing Uber Eats). Anyways, overall I had a good time! Keep up your great work Cheers

I will say this - I am always a little leery of the word "fusion" because it combines flavor combos which I am either unfamiliar with or I always pose the question, "How do these two items go together?" But, like "salty and sweet", "peanut butter and jelly" or "Spongebob and Patrick", somehow the flavors presented by M Express Thai Kitchen just work. First of all, the area where the "restaurant" is located, I assumed was a residential area. I hadn't lived in the area in so long that I assumed that someone squeezed in a quick service storefront on Fairdale. Yet, to my surprise, the location (I assume) is actually an industrial kitchen space that M Thai leases. When I arrived at the corrugated steel facade building, I saw both regular guests picking up food and what looked to Uber Eats/Grubhub type drivers picking up food. Upon opening the door, there is an "Amazon locker" set up. You pop the lock on your food with the push of a button from the link they send to your phone by text. I ended up ordering several things - the Thai Basil beef burger, the Laab Crispy Chicken sandwich, the sriracha wings and the shrimp nuggets. I asked that all of the condiments and fresh elements be put on the side, considering that I had to travel a bit of a distance with the food and I didn't want it to be a soggy mess. I didn't do a good enough job separating the condiments, so I had to reference the menu (pictures) again to see how to "build" the burgers back to their original specs. Luckily, I'm pretty skilled in the kitchen and the burgers came back together well. I did taste all of the components separately, so I was able to understand the flavor profile, before they were put back together. I heated everything in the air fryer and was back in business. My original fears about the fusion were QUICKLY quelled - the nuance of flavors on the chicken sandwich and burger were amazing. The laab on the chicken sandwich and basil for the beef burger was spicy but not overwhelming. The sweetness and crunch of the wings was out of this world. I chose to leave the laab seasoning off the fries, but if I go again, I would leave it on. My only regret with my order were the shrimp nuggets (which were more like round shrimp patties); the sauce for them reminded me a sweet corn syrup dip. The shrimp didn't necessarily have a flavor without that dip. It wasn't bad, but it was something I would tweak. Maybe the laab sauce should be added to patty or make a true "shrimp" with a panko breading, not formed into a cake. I think the sauce needs to be changed on the shrimp nuggets also. I'm thinking more along the lines of a traditional Thai flavor profile...maybe coconut or curry something? At any rate, M Thai Express is a must do - it was definitely worth the drive across town! Pros: Ease of pickup, out of this world flavors, attention to detail with the order packing Cons: No on-site eating, shrimp nuggets (personal preference, you may like it), to-go only makes it hard to preserve the look/feel and freshness during the to-go transport
