Q was very helpful as was the entire staff! I came in a few months back and didnt have the best experience and thats not usually the case with any of Piada restaurants that Ive been to and Q recognized me from that time and expressed empathy and remorse for how my experience from my last visit went, even though it wasnt his fault. He showed his amazing character today and I can see why he is the first person youre greeted by when you walk in and the last person you see as you walk out the door! Thank you Q!

I just started working in the Texas Medical Center and came across this Gem of a restaurant Piada I must say this place is amazing and the staff DJ, Quinton, Whitney and Deonte are always so consistent and professional and are the epitome of what service is and are great ambassadors of high quality of food and service Piada is about. They have made a regular costumer out of me. Keep up the great work you all are doing it the right way.
